of_______________________________________________________(address of householder)

______________________________________

Fellow beekeepers! It is normally our wish to help others in any way we can, but take care not to extend yourself to tasks or situations for which you are not experienced or competent.

It must be emphasised that if a beekeeper agrees to try to remove a swarm, legally they are making a direct agreement with the person who has the swarm.

This site acts merely to put people in touch and is not responsible for the outcome.

Please be very careful about the creation of any implied contract if you 'the beekeeper' make any direct charge and also any personal risk of accident/injury and subsequent liability. If you 'the beekeeper' intend to charge any fee or expenses agree these before you start. Remember that bumble bees are a declining species in the UK.

You do not have to try to remove a swarm if you think it is unsafe to do so.
